Â鶹ÊÓƵÈë¿Ú is committed to sustainability in its operations and purchasing. That’s why we switched from disposable plastic to 100% plant based compostable tableware!

Starting in February 2018, whenever you book catering though Â鶹ÊÓƵÈë¿Ú Dining, you’ll automatically receive compostable cups, plates, and utensils with your order at no extra charge.

We collect compostable materials from events held in the Student Center. All food waste, cups, plates, utensils and napkins can be placed in these bins.
